It keeps track of distance traveled, calories burned and minutes spent being active. Knowing all these facts has helped me to bump up my movement throughout the day. I leave mine on all week and charge it on Sundays. Because it downloads wirelessly, I never have a need to take it off.

Why I LOVE the Fitbit Flex:

Last year I wrote about the Fitbit Ultra and how awesome it was. It really was but the Fitbit Flex is everything that version was and more. I ADORE the fact that I can leave it on all the time. Not having to take it off when showering means not having to remember to put it back on when I get out. Also, the FitBit Flex is still stylish and sleek but not so small that it gets misplaced like my previous FitBit did. 

Furthermore, I love the fact that when I sit down to my computer, it uploads all my data wirelessly to Fitbit.com. I love keeping track of my progress and competing with my friends. If you see me in line at the grocery store and I’m walking in place, it’s probably because I am trying to “win” for the day. Even if I don’t come in first, technically I am still winning. The winning part is because I am moving more, feeling better and weighing less. I LOVE MY FITBIT FLEX!
